THE COMMANDMENTS OF TORAH FOR GENTILES (ACTS 15)

19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:
20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
21 For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day. (Acts 15:19-21)

These commandments are not new ones but they are the commandments of Torah:

14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:
15 Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice; (Exodus 34:14-15)

14 Thou shalt not commit adultery. (Exodus 20:14)

17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel. (Deut. 23:17)

4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat. (Gen. 9:4)

10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. 
(Lev. 17:10-11)

For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day - there is a link to Torah because of we read about the commandments of Torah. But they were eased for Gentiles.
