Chiune Sugihara rescued
thousands of Jewish people who escaped from Poland occupied by fascists in
Lithuania. In 1940 he gave them transit visas in order to get to Japan, then to
other countries (he wasn't afraid don't obey to Japan government which three
times refused to give a permission.
